Enrique Rodríguez

Enrique Rodríguez (1901–1971) was an Argentine bandoneón player, composer, and orchestra leader known for his versatile and joyful tango style. His orchestra, active from the 1930s to the 1960s, played a mix of tangos, waltzes, and foxtrots, making his music highly danceable and widely popular. With singers like Armando Moreno, he recorded hits such as Llorar por una mujer and Tengo mil novias. His light, rhythmic, and accessible style earned him a special place in tango history.
